Bath Salts or Foot Soak: Mix 1 – 2 TBS of bath salts into a bathtub of warm to comfortable hot water or use as a foot bath.
Soak 20 – 30 minutes.
Body or Foot Scrub: Add bath salts to Extra Virgin Olive or Virgin Coconut Oil for a exfoliating scrub.
