Appetite Curb: Â Formulated to help curb appetite by inhalation. Â Aroma is commanding but subtle and emotionally uplifting. Â
Research has demonstrated that SMELLING a culinary aroma such as rosemary, peppermint, grapefruit, orange etc throughout the day (every 2-4 hrs) or especially when hungry can suppress the desire to TASTE (i.e., eat). Â Thus, deep inhalation of culinary essential oils may inhibit the appetite as the brain has then received food or “satiated” aroma vibrational signals.
Traditional Use: Â every 2 – 4 hours or when hungry, inhale deeply with 10-20 breaths.
Personal Diffuser: Â Apply 1-2 drops in center of left palm. Â Then put right palm over left and rub vigorously in clockwise direction 12 times. Â Cup both hands over nose blocking off eyes and INHALE 12 deep breaths. Â Â
May also use pendant clay diffuser or ultrasonic diffuser or apply 1 drop on wrists and temples and or over base of throat between collar bones.
